Artemis Land & Agriculture (“Artemis”) confirms that its full planning application for 108 homes and its outline application for up to 492 homes and land for a new school on the site of the proposed Rickman’s Green Village at Crouchlands have now been validated by Chichester District Council (“the Council”). The applications are accessible on the Council’s website (application ref 22/03114/FULEIA and ref 22/03131/OUTEIA).

The proposed new Rickman’s Green Village will be a high-quality, well-planned, sustainable form of development, of up to 600 homes focused around a new village hub with employment, retail, education, and leisure facilities to support the housing and local rural economy. The new homes have been designed to the highest quality, to respect and enhance the existing character of the surrounding area. The new homes comprise a range of different sizes and tenures, including 30% affordable homes. There will also be plentiful open space to enjoy.
